Indian actor Freida Pinto came New York City by surprise with a gorgeous red carpet premiere of her new movie “Trishna” that launched Friday at the IFC Centre and Lincoln Plaza in New York and The Milestone in Los Angeles.
Other guests going to the July 10 premiere at the IFC Centre in downtown Manhattan incorporated celebrity Meg Ryan, music mogul Russell Simmons, actor Billy Connolly, and fashion makers Calvin Klein and Rachel Roy. The after celebration was kept on the caribbean of the Jimmy at the James Hotel in Soho.
