Actor George Clooney is keen on selling his Villa Oleandra in Italy to Tom Cruise.
Cruise, 50 is looking for a calm place after his split from model Katie Holmes and is eyeing Medieval Castle, 100 miles from Rome.
Clooney plans to sell his villa and move to Salerno, south of Italy.
The two actors are in talks to strike a deal, reports thesun.co.uk.
Cruise is also looking for a property in New York, close to where daughter Suri Cruise is living with Holmes.
