Minor earth quake shackned Kozhikode

An Miner earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale was felt  in various regions of Kozhikode district and nearby areas of Malappuram district near 2.15 p.m. on Wednesday, giving a wave of worry amongst the folks.

Absolutely no damage of life or large-scale harm of property or home had been recorded via any area of the districts. In Malappuram, a number of residences at Parappananagandi, Vallikkunnu, as well as adjoining places experienced cracks in the tremor. Many people went away of their residences as soon as they experienced a moving around 2.15 p.m. the cracks was emerged in The concrete foundations of  few properties  . District authorities have instructed for the people not to worry.
