ED notice served to Jaganmohan Reddy

 Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy  has released A notice by the court in order to take the response on the demand by Enforcement Directorate to inquire him in jail on allegations of money laundering had been served on him via Chanchalguda jail officers on Wednesday.

The lawyer for Jagan declined to consider the notice because of  specific objections, on which the ED authorities contacted jail officers in a bid to pass on the notice to him. The ED head on Friday last searched for the permission of the CBI court to query Jagan as section of its inquiry into charges of violation of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) against all the high profile people charged by the CBI . Besides Jagan, the ED had also delivered notices with court’s permission on all other people that appeared to be experiencing court procedures in the property case in opposition to him, Emaar township and Obulapuram Mining Company frauds. The notice was not released to Jagan prior due to the fact that he was not imprisoned by then. The court listened to arguments by all of them as well as the contentions of ED previous 7 days and released the summons on Tuesday.

They could be delivered them on Thursday.
