A panel has been created for the restoration of dismissed Air India jet pilots, the Delhi HC had been ordered Friday.
Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner S.K.Chand explained this in a finalized talk on a arbitration meet between Air India management and its jet pilots.
Chand, right after the court’s instruction, handed over the report to Justice Reva Khetrapal and informed the court that the panel will look at the individual requests of the terminated jet pilots on a case-to-case basis.
“Prolonged discussions were held between the parties in a very conducive atmosphere,” the report said.
