IBN7 News: Right after allegations that security forces put to sleep 17 Chattisgarh villagers marking them as Maoists previous week, P. Chidambaram Wednesday explained he was “deeply sorry” if any naive person had been wiped out.
“The CRPF has absolutely nothing to mask and worry about. Its director general has cleared up the event,” Chidambaram informed journalists.
“If a young boy or girl or a woman, who was not engaged with the CPI-Maoists, has been killed, I’m deeply sorry.”
However, he explained, this might be proven solely after an official investigation in the event was finished.
